I have been a migraine sufferer for about 20 years, I get a migraine every month which coincides with my cycle. I'm using this blog to document the things I've tried or am trying. As you can imagine, I was hugely disappointed after last month's success.
I've been trying to figure out if I did anything differently.

I'll keep you updated as I go along...

Lou.

PS, I have included a menstrual cycle ticker in my signature - not because I'm trying to conceive (I'm not) but so that it may make it easier for you (and me) to follow my progress!
