Day 2 of new Cycle (June-July) magnesium citrate seems to be helping

Hi readers,

It's day 2 of my cycle, and I have continued to take the Magnesium Citrate tablets (100mg, 3 times per day) that I purchased on Saturday, and it really seems to have done the business! I felt absolutely fine when I woke up this morning, and have been out and about with my son all morning and had no problems.

Usually, day 2 of my cycle would be pretty awful for me, as I'd usually have either a menstrual migraine, or be feeling that awful 'migraine hangover' feeling. As I have mentioned in previous posts, it is not uncommon for me to have a migraine for the whole week, so this is progress indeed!

Feeling very happy and optimistic about this, but trying not to get too excited, just in case...

I included some links in yesterday's post for those that are interested in taking the magnesium (it's important to get the right ones) so please have at look as they are very informative articles.

Lou
