About Me

I have been a migraine sufferer for about 20 years, I get a migraine every month which coincides with my cycle. I'm using this blog to document the things I've tried or am trying. If this blog helps anyone else then that is great, however, I'm not a doctor or a nurse. All posts and comments are opinions and not endorsed by a medical professional. 1. If you are getting menstrual Migraines, and you are having them a few times a month - have you tried preventive treatment? What about Frova? I read the list of the things you've tried, none of which are a medication - they are mostly suppliments. Are you against medications? I was that way for a long time, until I was in so much pain I gave up and got on a preventive plan.

Good luck to you! I find menstrual Migraines to be the worst kind for me. I'm happy I hardly get them anymore! I wish you the same! :-)

  2. Hi, thanks for your comment, I've updated the post to include some of the medications I have tried in the past.
    Is Frova like Sumatriptan?
