Early nights
Cutting out alcohol completely (still do this even now)
Co-enzyme Q10
Evening Primrose Oil
Vitamin E
Feverfew
Agnus Castus
Dietry changes
Edited to add:
Paracetamol & Codeine
Sumatriptan (on prescription) I don't enjoy the side effects from these so try to avoid them if I can.
Ibuprofen.

If you are getting menstrual Migraines, and you are having them a few times a month - have you tried preventive treatment? What about Frova? I read the list of the things you've tried, none of which are a medication - they are mostly suppliments. Are you against medications? I was that way for a long time, until I was in so much pain I gave up and got on a preventive plan.
